even though it was december the room was lovely and warm with a good hearty full english breakfast in the morning

the bar area was full of character and the food tasty and portions very large

night was a bit busy for the restaurant with booking required, although you could order from the bar or there lots of other restaurants near by

the only negative , the wifi signal was so weak , unable to make wifi call and not connect on social media which was a

no wifi in room. poor shower pressure.

it has a spacious bar and restaurant, plus attractive beer garden - which is a real sun trap

but please improve your location instructions as sat nav took us to golf course

we only stayed one night as we were going to a function at the golf club nearby

we were given a very early check in which was wonderful as we had come off a long flight

would have appreciated good wifi in the hotel rather than having to registering to sky cloud

splash pool was great

the rooms looked tierd. the splash pool and spa was out of service.

aztec room was really good for the kids there was a treasure hunt around the room

there were lots of activities for kids

breakfast was goon on a morning and location for our trip was very good as we attended the golf at wentworth estate which was a 15 minute taxi ride away

great location for us to get to wentworth to watch the golf

and friendly, breakfast was great loads to choose from will stay here next time after visiting golf

stayed here for golf so ticked a box for us but would not recommend if going for a break away.

there was no room service menu and food was limited to curry

we use woodland park as an easy way to get to the surrey golf courses

we had sandwiches from the bar as we had a big lunch earlier and these were also excellent as was the wine list

my partner booked golf and was not able to attend due to the weather but we were not notified prior to attending but

golf courses make it a very beautiful site, although we are not golfers we were inspired to perhaps

the grounds were beautiful and the golf course, while overall an average course, did have 4 amazing and memorable holes

the kids are so happy especially they set up the room as a mini surprise for my son's birthday

other than the screaming kids in the corridor but that’s no fault of the hotel just inconsiderate

was helpful at checkout with our bags as we had 3 big luggates and 2 golf bags and he helped us to move it to the right waiting area where the shuttle bus will stop

channels as promised in the room booking which was a bit disappointing for my son - but with the wifi - he just watched shows on his laptop

the gym area was adequate although lacked in nutritional supplements

it was a little expensive, but worth it to have the separate sleeping quarters for the kids.

the kids absolutely loved the indoor pool, which added extra fun to our stay

the room was clean and comfortable and i was able to have a room service which was appreciated as i was traveling alone
