the hotel is just beautiful. both kids aged 16 and 12 loved it! what more can i say?

i went with the impression that the use of the pool was free, but you had to pay for the gym and spa as it was for over 18s

wifi worked very well

have been offered upgraded room as a gesture for our wedding anniversary and late check out

staff was helping and parking was good.

honestly think of anything that was negative, we had a pleasant comfortable room with a modern kitchen for snacks and coffee

good for business & couples & older kids

wifi kept cutting out, and one of our coffee pods in our kitchen has already been used and put back

the pool was nice the sauna was not that hot as expected

very strong and stable unlimited wifi tv with many freeview channels

we used the kitchenette for breakfast

kitchen not very well equipped. stairs very steep and not very clean.

had the best time dancing in the bar with all the locals who were really letting their hair down

great location for getting around richmond. great bar and restaurant just below the rooms.

the wifi was slow and inconsistent, having failed a couple of times

they allowed us a late check out and provided cereal, milk, yoghurt and croissants in the room which we weren't

bar , service and standard of the room was all top notch

even gave ideas of what to do while in richmond, including organising a game of golf

all members of staff met from bar to housekeeping were lovely, friendly and helpful

we are cricket fanatics - went down into the bar to eat and settled down to watch the odi but then the regulars turned up to watch the football

parking is the only challenge but, again, the staff was incredibly helpful and parking on the

room serviced daily to a high standard

wifi was virtually non existent in our room

we also had access to the gym and pool which was a bonus

loved the hotel, especially the room. use of the spa and pool was a bonus.

every single member of staff acknowledged us at breakfast with a smile and a good morning the room service was fast and excellent quality

fantastic location and great to have free underground parking.

are no staff members to provide room service or help with luggage

short staffed no instructions in room for heating/air conditioning, sky tv, about the hotel, room service

arrived at school pick up time and the parking area was very busy as there's a school next door

business lounge service was really helpful to get some separation from sleeping kids and myself while i need to do some works

the hotel staff, including devansh at breakfast area, are super polite and efficient

stay was superb, the gym onsite was brilliant, staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast choices were great, and

one friendly suggestion, is to add a room service.

we found old crisps under the bed and a kids sticker on the draws both not ours,

food ordered through room service was prepared in a timely fashion, portion sizes were very generous and the food itself

for wifi is ridiculous; i was disappointed that there wasn't a shuttle to heathrow; i am disappointed

good breakfast room offered a double bed for kids whereas other hotels were giving a sofa
