excellent wifi

kitchen not very well equipped. stairs very steep and not very clean.

very strong and stable unlimited wifi tv with many freeview channels

room we had was well appointed with good tea and coffee in a kitchenette

we used the kitchenette for breakfast

excellent location and the new thai food restaurant operating from the bar area is superb

the wifi was slow and inconsistent, having failed a couple of times

great location for getting around richmond. great bar and restaurant just below the rooms.

couldn't utilise the 'free' wifi for work, as it either kept dropping off, or wouldn't let me access any sites as it wasn't

parking is the only challenge but, again, the staff was incredibly helpful and parking on the

big english breakfast nice surroundings and near richmond we are coming back

a dislike as such but guests should be aware that parking spaces at the inn are limited and nearby parking quite

wedding, so it was cold where we were sat,

in the main bar area were very slow to serve, we had to leave without our appetisers as they took over 3/4 hour

great gym also

spa facilities & pool are accessed by the public too, and a walk around the hotel, so worth nothing

we also had access to the gym and pool which was a bonus

room, clean, room, bathroom, ac, tv & free wifi

to hotels wifi never works for secure laptops , i never have this issue with other hotels , it s not only

lovely as always! staff and breakfast is great building and decor is cool!

short staffed no instructions in room for heating/air conditioning, sky tv, about the hotel, room service

arrived at school pick up time and the parking area was very busy as there's a school next door
