had read on trip advisor that the wifi was excellent, this was not the case in my room, it was a bit slow but wouldn t stop me

we found old crisps under the bed and a kids sticker on the draws both not ours,

the staff very helpful and printed off our boarding passes which was most appreciated, the indoor pool kept the children amused as we had a late flight and the hotel allows you to use facilities

small room -resort not the best place for kids - not a lot to do

the sports bar served food and drink at reasonable price's and again the quality was excellent

and 3) we were going to mexico

she greeted us with a smile and the man running the pool was lovely and also greeted with a smile

i loved having access to the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym from 6am till late at night

pool felt more like a gym pool than a hotel pool but that is an extremely minor criticism

staff were fantastic. room was lovely, room service was great.

was helpful at checkout with our bags as we had 3 big luggates and 2 golf bags and he helped us to move it to the right waiting area where the shuttle bus will stop

when we called for room service, we were told we couldn t get it because there was one person on duty
