wifi kept dropping out on second appliance (kindle) breakfast was barely warm, beans too sweet and (-)wifi not good in room 11 (-) the wifi kept dropping out and given that the mobile phone signal is a bit sketchy in the area (barely (-)nothing really other than i struggled to connect to the wifi (-)wifi was unavailable in my room. (-)wifi service was patchy in room 68 (-)didn't like the fact there was an open wifi system even though i have a vpn network with a low mobile signal on two networks ee and o2 it (+) good wifi, easy to connect (+) the staff worked on my wifi problem, and found a satisfactory solution for me, albeit by moving me to another room where (-)wifi in my part of the hotel was not working - no wifi signal obtainable
