little extras like twizzlers and other candy at the beverage bar in the afternoon, biscoff cookies in the morning, small boxes of raisins and mints in the room

also, a very convenient laundry/snack/tea room open all hours

were in the middle of a remodel so the laundry was closed and at times the courtyard was roped off

elevator was broken and we had 4 kids and luggage with a stroller to carry up and down the stairs

very comfortable for a family of 5 (2 adults+ 3 kids 10,12,15)
