good selection for breakfast and the option of food in the evening

the members rewards are great especially the late check out

it was great to have the ability to get food on site as well as having a bar in the lobby

however i did manage to park and the car was ok in the morning, the reception area is good with a bar close by, the hotel is very clean and tidy

the late check out of 1pm when joining their members for free

no room service. beds left unmade and cups not cleaned or replaced

in the morning room service staff opened the door and we had to shout that we are in there

the health club is great, with small gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna etc

was very good and bed was comfortable bar was great for relaxing

kids whenever needed, clean and spacious room with a nice size tv and most important quite a good wifi connection service

decent sixed rooms and beds, very clean bathrooms which was lovely to see and a kitchenet which was a nice size and centre of the house which was nice

i had my tea in the bar on the last night of my stay, the food was fresh and very tasty, couldn t fault it

all of the staff we encountered were efficient and polite from the manager, the bar man and waiting staff in the restaurant

everything was first class - the bar served excellent real ales

small grumble was the bar closed at 10pm on the sunday and we didn't finish dinner until 9:45 pm, so no time for a drink

we woke in the morning we were able to finally see the what a wonderful location we were in, the breakfast room was fantastic with beautiful views over the countryside and the choice of breakfast

good for station & buxton opera house, excellent draught beers, well kept, i spent my time at the bar quietly, i observed a very ambient atmosphere, room 7 was ideally suited for me

the room is in an annex at the rear of the pub, so no problem with noise from the bar
