a lovely hotel easy to find just off the a55 disabled parking spaces next to ramp leading to entrance with hand rails,an out side area where you can sit

rooms are a little dated but the other facilities and bar and restaurant were lovely, overall great value for money

is a gym and swimming pool but they were oppened at 8 am

really enjoyed r stay everything was really good gym saunas all enjoyed will defo stay again.

we were early so went through to the bar were we were seated and our prosecco was served to us at the table

room was so comfortable, it was warm and cosy and having our breakfast delivered by room service was a treat

listed as a family friendly place but no kids menu, and very few options from the pub menu in the evening appealed to my child

the pool, gym, jacuzzi & sauna are an added bonus

joanne was so lovely really made us feel safe in the brownlows bar downstairs when an unprovoked incident happened for being a small women she handle the

the comfort levels are good and i always feel looked after by the staff in the hotel and the bar

went to brownlows bar and found it to be a great bar for a drink or two and the lady behind the bar serving was very

kirsty during the day in bar was very friendly and helpful
