whole hotel was really clean, staff were all friendly and the wifi and breakfast were both great

love every element of the beaches the staff on arivel the rooms house keeping staff the spa the bar staff the

relaxing and quite what both needed and breakfast was outstanding and definitely would be returning near end of

the swimming pool was excellent

was our second time back and the rooms are lovely and have loads of space within the kitchen and living area

wifi didn t work at all on the first day and the netflix didn t work on the tv but on day two

having to go upstairs for the children was not good and the food was all microwaved behind the bar in a room

under refurbishment looked a little scruffy from the outside and the hotels bar was closed

up all hours a guy shooting beads out the window witch hit me i have a video of the experience no wifi as stated

no bar in there. but ther doinghotelup.hopefulluy it will be great. for the future.

there was no wifi, so children could not use their tablets.

a lovely hotel easy to find just off the a55 disabled parking spaces next to ramp leading to entrance with hand

location close to moterway, staff couldn t be more helpful even provided parking for my land rover and trailer

good pool and gym facilities. room was nicely refurbished.

are great, bar and food was good, spa and gym was good, been here loads of times and will continue to do so

we were early so went through to the bar were we were seated and our prosecco was served to us at the table

stayed for 3 nights for work the staff were lovely the welsh breakfast was amazing the room is very clean with

lovely quaint pub with an excellent breakfast

breakfast was equally as good, cooked really well

the blacklions fault but they had an incident the night before so the bar an restaurant was

evening meal in the restaurant was very good and the breakfast was excellent

the location could not be described as 'picturesque' it was blissfully quiet and there is a ev charger on site

the entertainment was not up to par, as the man that did the quiz spoke to everyone like we were kids, we walked

family owned hotel set in the countryside with good transport links and ample free parking

clean. comfortable and well cooked food. evening meals and breakfast.

was very good value , free wifi, no complaints, clean , bed was soft but comfy

to top it off, the free wifi had good speeds, and made me able to still work from my phone while staying here

time staying moved to room 108 for wifi signal a bit chilly

check-in was straightforward at the bar downstairs and checkout as simple as posting the key back

bar area used for food, felt bit awkward just wanting a drink

bar area for dinner had a lovely christmas atmosphere

the breakfast eggs were fresh and delicious, and the espresso drinks were great

we also had an excellent light lunch before we checked in and a light bar breakfast before we checked out

paid extra for fireplace but didn t work and the look was underwhelming.

the bar and restaurant is a converted chapel which is stunning

the chapel was very well converted with a lovely bar and terrace for evening drinks

would have been better if there bar was open, rather than having to go to another one.

the bar has a good selection of beers, largers and spirits, also bottled drinks, such as peroni etc

breakfast was a superb choice and evening meals were out of this world

breakfast could have been a little better, pastries were a bit over cooked, but we are being super

perfect for the wedding we attended, hotel was spotless and beautiful room, staff were lovely and breakfast too

tray/ bathroom needs a good deep clean also not sure if every room is the same but in our room ( pet friendly)
