you falsely advertise free wifi for paying guest

15 tray charge for room service, but if you order at the bar and take it to the room yourself there is no

superb facility, great staff and service, easy parking, huge rooms and nice touches like automatic doors

i was in a room above reception / the bar which was a bit noisy later on but this had already been pointed out

overall decor was fantastic and the indoor pool/sauna were a treat to use

disappointed with the bar staff and the waiters, we got a severe not allergy when asked if there was nuts in

although i absolutely loved the spa at the hilton, the changing rooms were very disappointing.

breakfast very good plenty of choice, items replenished quickly so not long to wait if things had

the way the bar staff dealt with my very difficult brother after he spilt a snakebite
