is feeling was enhanced by the fact that i had no phone reception, but the hotel wifi

big issue with wifi coverage and moved room first day only to discover second room was the same ,mentioned on exit

on sire is a swimming pool with we didn't get chance to use but would highly recommend as a base to explore

on our stay the pool was closed- we weren’t aware until went to go swimming- but not a big problem

beautiful safe grounds, and within walking distance of the town. swimming pool was a bonus.

incredible so when we visit again we will eat here we had drinks in the lobby, the snug and the bar

but the main part of hotel has a lift amazing location - didnt have food spa was lovely too

slight downside for whole place was being able to hear noise from hallway (other rooms room service at 10-11pn) & other rooms doors constantly opening till near 1am (+) room service was very quick, although the prices are quite high as a one off treat it isnt too bad (-) restaurant menu very (too) limited - the room service menu was different and, in some ways, better (-)start considering what i would order in the restaurant--or whether i might prefer to ask for room service as i was alone (was that an option (-) room service tried to enter the room before the checking out time, i felt very uncomfortable (-) room service, spa facilities and charges, history of the hotel/property, walks that could be taken (+) room service and cleaning staff were faultless (-) no room service offered (-)too busy for dinner, asked at reception about ordering room service but was told i had to do it from my room (-)little details, like only 3 tea bags in the room, not enough milk pods and the room service card was already filled in by previous customers details

with lack of bar staff having attempted to get coffee only to be informed no one was available at the

i d had a really tough day and they all helped from nights, reception, restaurant and room service

we rang down for room service around 11pm but was told all hot food had stopped and cold only order sandwiches which

also had to go to the kitchen to request butter and salt on the table

breakfast was good, but portions were very small, as was the case with porridge - need to address

- full english breakfast could have a little more on the plate
