very very tight for parking at the back havr to be very careful of concrete and steps

parking can be a problem but the guy running the place was happy to help out

we ate breakfast one morning and dinner one of the evenings

manager met me for an early check in and kindly upgraded me from the single to double room

troublesome and cranleigh as an area doesn t have any mobile network service, so rely on the wifi

i'm a global traveller and always look for hotel with good gym and relaxation facilities

the gym and the bar/ lounge area.

stayed for 6 nights. first two nights no wifi

is tight and the rear secure car park needs a few ev chargers

no poached or fried eggs, bacon was chewy, possibly because the kitchen

of the waitresses/members of kitchen staff came over at 9:40am to inform us that she is turning the hot buffet off

were clean and presentable and we spent a comfortable night , the staff on reception and the bar were polite and attentive

was unable to get food as the kitchen had been shut 2 days prior to my stay.

went swimming with kids 3 times over trip which was great fun

rooms had slight evidence that they needed an overhaul, the locker room in the spa had many broken lockers

the spa was lovely, the food was fab and the staff really helpful

very friendly and helpful, when i raised that wifi was poor in the room they offered to move me to a different one with better wifi

it was only on our last day that we learned the inn is the 2023 winner of the national pub & bar of the year awards, and it shows from the professional staff, to the delicious and
