front desk was straightforward in advising why early check in was not available (hotel had been sold out the night before) but arranged for my use

we needed an early check in and the front desk made it happen and we truly appreciate it.

the fact the pool was closed that was one thing that made me go to this hotel and bring my two kids very disappointed

was a condom in the pool i told front desk after removing my kids from the pool

i had to jump out of the way of a car with 2 kids hanging out the windows yelling

we were surprised that everyone in the room had to eat included breakfast together.

i was told i would be accommodated for late check out for them to tell me the next day that there is no late check out

the room was stunning and the sauna and gym downstairs were great addition

this location ticked off all the boxes, early check in was granted, rooms were clean and well stocked

my room came with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, pots and bowls/plates

little kitchen which left us wanting for nothing

beds small kitchen good size room nice building not your usual box like some hotels

shared bathroom facilities but room had a full kitchen and nice tv which was great.

the front desk staff was great, they accommodated my early check in request as well as my late checkout request

clean, nice accomodation, gym and restaurants and food market close to the hotel.

was about 5 kids running and making noise the pool area was dirty n messy no phone in my room the gym didn't have sanitation no sanitizer no rags nothing to dry my self even the pool doesn't have

they don’t have that typical complementary breakfast, they do have a grab and go bag with fruit juice, granola ect
