say there was anything we didn’t like, maybe the music could be slightly louder in the bar area after meals are finished

since my last year 2 years ago they had changed how breakfast is served, was table service previously now it s a buffet which i think works better

we arrived around two o clock and had to sit in reception like two scolded kids

supplied water (and a sausage for breakfast) for the dog

has a good gym and indoor swimming

and welcoming they were always in the background and happy to help with any queries and the bar staff are so easy to talk

i asked for early check in which was given

staff at bar had to go see if we cld find anyone to serve us and the person that did wasn't very obliging it

there were four of us (2 adults & 2 kids ) and the room was more than big enough for us

could hear the live music from neighbouring bar and the bottle bins getting filled once pub closed

car parking free also good , the staff very helpful no problem when we requested a late check out all in all enjoyable stay and would recommend

lady on reception was 10/10 and went out of her way to accommodate us with an early check in

any issues that arise are reported via a phone call ( hopefully ) issues with air conditioning spa bath not working leaking wash hand basin after a shower the tiles on the walls and floor are

room was located on the 3rd floor but very near the lift which was ideal, the hotel had a nice bar area that we could sit with our friends and

the hotel was in an excellent location and looks out on to royal troon golf course and the beautiful firth of clyde

the little mews house was very cute and cosy and our kids really liked having their own space in the living room which had a large sofa bed set up

property is lovely however we paid a small fortune for the room with the bath that had the spa in it and it was frozen

appreciated the fact that we weren t charged extra for room service however the touch points were increased due this not minimised
