to change my room 3 times during my 5 day stay, this was a bit frustrating, as it was either a wifi issue or a heating issue that prompted the changing rooms

perfect location to experience west london and the restaurant/ bar is one of the most popular in the area so excellent vibe

the downstairs mainly caters to the pub / restaurant it can be a bit awkward to check in at the bar area - especially when checking in in the evening
