our stay but the floor was quite dirty and dusty it had not been swept or cleaned and even after room service on the 2nd day, the light fittings also had cobwebs but staff were polite and helpful

were rock hard luckily i took my own in the centre of town so if you got kids and are coming back from a concert can be a bit scary at

a wish rather than complaint but seeing the restaurant menu in the room i assumed there would be room service but it didn t say if there was or wasn t

the only criticism i can possibly say was that the wifi was slow. didn't affect my stay at all!
