pool was cold!!!

i had drove almost 4 hours with kids i was irritated and not exactly pleasant

free breakfast.

i thought there could be some more choices for breakfast and more fruit.

the fitness center didn't have any water and the wipes for the equipment were completely dried out

the gym is tiny

breakfast was amazing!

oh and the laundry area was available to use

all the kids eventually were coughing and our eyes were irritated

my grand children loved that the pool was saltwater

very comy, washroom very good, good location, swimming pool ok, the water could be warmer

husband said the continental breakfast was just okay

i was told on check in day that the pool and gym were opening up the next day, they never did i was there for a week

food was not so good the room was clean bed was okay . need heavy dumbbells in gym.

i was told that there were not any clean and i would have to wait until someone came in to do laundry

the corridors were a bit cold and no indoor pool.

i saw a laundry room, gym, jacuzzi and outdoor pool

was clean and very comfortable kids had enjoyed the pool breakfast was not bad friendly staff would rebook again for sure good location to the shopping area

the pool/spa area was even better than we had pictured and fortunately we had it all to ourselves

the hotel pool and spa were a big hit with the kids and adults!

sometimes parents are not mindful of other guests and they let kids congregate and chat (loudly) in hallways and take up the computers in the lobby playing video (-)no complimentary breakfast. that was disappointing, especially for the kids. (-)hoping a staff member would notice a group of kids spraying a hose in the jacuzzi area (+) the pool was great for kids (-)rooms did not have a refrigerator or a bath tub (useful for kids) (-) we checked in in the evening so our kids wre tired so we didn't bother asking for different room but room not (-) we were looking forward to a relaxing getaway from the kids and listening to the noise was very unpleasant and frustrating (-) enough that the kids were pushing the 'dirty (-) enough that the kids were pushing the 'dirty cloud' (-)was a kids hockey team staying on our floor, the noise was unreal (-) i purposely booked this hotel for family weekend for ub for the pool since i have 2 some kids
