it was convenient for us to have a 1 bedroom and a kitchenette while we evacuated our home due to heat and smoke from the fires

not good value for money for a company that has only virtual staff - laundry uses coins and doesn't have detergent, rooms are small, no facility apart from parking

unfortunately, due to covid the bar and eating areas were closed so i can't rate them

was only available from the inhouse shop for the first two weeks then the final week the bar opened for breakfast

him and asked the team for us to check in as a vip guest, he also gave us free drinks from the bar as a treat, he was very nice and very kind person to deal with, his team was fantastic and easy
