hot water night 1 and night 2, no elevator, a/c, wifi, hot water or parking access all day/night

had issues with room service, and i wish the front desk would have mentioned to us when we checked in that they

room was clean and comfortable, parking was well lit and secure, and the shuttle service was friendly and prompt

it s walking distance to clevelnad clinic but they do have a courtesy shuttle that runs on the 1/2 hour

staff from front desk to breakfast staff to bar staff, all were wonderful

the hot tub didn't work and the lady doing breakfast was rude to kids and

at 7pm and didn t open until 12noon the next day and we didn t get a chance to swim so the kids were very

we had reserved 2 king suites with jacuzzis&spa bath

out it was no longer a pool at last minute not really an issue cuz had that king spa suite with the spa
