has tgifridays and a local pub in the parking lot

instead they have in the room stove, refrigerator, cabinets, i can say like a mini kitchen and we can cook

also many drunk and shady characters in the parking lot

breakfast is not what you would expect at a hotel with this rating, but i have used extended stay

breakfast on the go was great, kitchenette was wonderful, staff was great

bugs and cleanliness. carpet was very dirty and the bathroom tub/spa had mold

the wifi did work for my phone but i could not connect the laptop to it

wifi password didn't work

parking was convenient, breakfast was lovely

they had a private parking lot that is gated late at night

hotel was easy to access, valet parking was easy and convenient, and the cleveland arcade had a spa for some

we ordered room service from the 1890 restaurant at the hotel

rooms are small, but what they lack in space they make up for with class and character

front desk staff just seemed a little uninterested, going through the motions on check in , the bar staff sat

the staff is great and also love the bar and food

are pet friendly, have no pet fee, have valet parking, and the rooms are just so beautiful

the bed was very comfortable. the poor and spa were clean and well maintained.

thing that couldnt be changed, like the window was quite small so not much natural light and the spa was close

booked this place because it had a shuttle service, which was good because i am not from the area

room was clean and comfortable, parking was well lit and secure, and the shuttle service was friendly and prompt

we also booked a spa room for the extra price and unfortunately you cant have the jets on and light off at the

i did however wipe down the surfaces and the spa tub due to my personal preference

we had a spa tub in the room

fast wifi, great breakfast, friendly staff, clean room, nice swimming pool and hot tub.
