since smoking is allowed in the hotel, you could smell it lingering in the halls

wish the spa would have been open on sunday and monday but i understand that these types of businesses don

dim lighting, no signage indicating it was a pool, where was the gym, etc.

the bed is soft and comfy so are the pillows, the location is awesome i love the arcade my kids love the arcade

hotel decided to substitute proper room service with a very limited menu delivered in plastic containers

also we had kids with us and did not want to sit in lobby after she said it's a 2 page waiting list

our room did not have access to 'free wifi' as advertised.

no towels room not that clean and no laundry bags

bugs and cleanliness. carpet was very dirty and the bathroom tub/spa had mold

the kitchen was big and well appointed

they had a private parking lot that is gated late at night

pool and spa was under maintenance. but i didn t think it would be open after the pandemic

9 o clock is a time for adults kids are relaxed but can t go eat or swim or workout cause everything has

i wish there was room service. i could hear the door slamming to the stairs.
