specifically picked this hotel because of the spa

price was reduced due to covid restrictions, but it should be for not having any access to pool, spa or breakfast

that pool wasnt open but with covid understandable

breakfast employees very friendly

not a lot of parking

they room was nice. had a spa tub and very clean.

indoor pool and spa was nice

loud kids running around playing hide and seek it was horrible all evening and early morning

gym facility lacked weights.

also, there was no towel bar to hang a hand towel on

i did however wipe down the surfaces and the spa tub due to my personal preference

we had a spa tub in the room

for a spa room that didnt exist

we also booked a spa room for the extra price and unfortunately you cant have the jets on and light off at the

pool & sauna were peerfect

it was a peaceful experience overall, and extremely convenient to have the spa and restaurant all inside one

our spa experiences, our meals at the cabin, and our accommodations at the resort were all amazing

i loved our room, loved the spa robes and the technicians at the spa were very professional and friendly

we also booked spa treatments and they were fabulous

on line it said there was a spa tube when in fact there was faults advertising

com website there is an error saying the hotel had a spa tub

wifi, but it really wasn t the fault of the hotel - there had been a power outage during a storm

i liked the free parking also

but u were still able to get a shower but it could be like a spa like experience if they upgraded their shower

especially the two pools (indoor and outdoor) on steamy summer day, jacuzzi and small spa area

a restaurant & bar for ease of access that summer rain storm didn t dampen our delicious meal

bar was very busy, understaffed and the bartenders were somewhat rude initially

100 dollar hold for each night for incidentals but does not have room service at all, so i'm not sure why this

beds were comfortable. decent bar and good location.

if you use room service it's a 22% gratuity charge and also 2

going back in time it's very close to the cleveland clinic walking distance and they a shuttle bar and restaurant

the equipment in the gym on the fourth floor really needs maintenance and in some cases, replacement

the dining area and breakfast and lunch area were lovely.

the bar and restaurant staff were not stellar

the breakfast buffet on the 14th floor was exceptional
