spa and hot tub were so low on water the jets sprayed in the air

the pool and spa were great

on ceiling, doors didn't lock properly, spa was broken

ve stayed 3 times now rooms are nice and pool is fun and plan to come back the gentleman that makes the

t take my drink from the bar to my room when they give you two of them at the same time

to someone about getting a room with a spa tub and he told me the wrong room and then they didn t have any

breakfast was not 5 star but was clean and delicious for the kids and adults

breakfast ends at 9.

that it was close to many places...like valley fair, mystic lake casino, fast food places

our kids loved the pool and the slides.

pool, spa very nice. rooms ok and clean. clean despite a lot of carpeting.

also the hot tub has non working spa jets

like i said the pool & spa was under construction :(

the wifi was ridiculously slow

on parking lot especially near handicap ramps transitions

the spa tub motor made plenty of noise but very little water was from the jets

great location for dinner theater and arboretum. nice to have spa open till midnight

curbside designated senior parking was a nice surprise

i do wonder why the continental breakfast ends so early. some people enjoy sleeping later.

fitness room needs updating. .same equipment for 10+ years.a

restaurant was good (brunch buffet), 3rd floor bar was a little pricey, but we'll made drinks

needed to use the airport shuttle offered by the hotel

the hotel did offer bus shuttles to/from the mall of america and we were able to avoid any parking congestion

it was a challenge keeping the kids quiet at night

the wifi caused my phone to frequently freeze

the 17th floor; bed was very comfortable, room was clean with no odor from the air conditioner, pool stayed open

would have preferred for hot tub to be outside, there were lots of loud kids in the pool area which prevented

tv was not connected to a signal, but we really didn t need it with pool and spa available.

which i had for room service, had a great ceasar salad and the best burger i've had in minneapolis

would be a problem for parents with multiple kids and child goes on its own

booked here for the value, pet-friendly and shuttle to the airport, on two occasions the staff went above and

i loved the location, the staff were pleasant and the parking was free

and from the street we can hear the air condition from all the rooms and at the parking garage

parking was confusing, difficult to locate my car when i departed

paying xtra for wifi, only there to sleep so barely used plus xtra charge is a waste of money

paper towels in kitchen. garbage cans in kitchen, bedroom, living areas.

the spa was a great size and the hotel staff were friendly

loved that they offer hand wash in the bathroom, not just a bar of soap

kids under 12 eat from kids menu for free though so that was a plus

the swimming pool and bar are not open due to covid-19....that part sucks!

disappointed there wasn't a hot tub in the pool area

staff was extremely friendly, rooms were spacious and clean. food and bar service was excellent.
