great location for dinner theater and arboretum. nice to have spa open till midnight

the spa tub motor made plenty of noise but very little water was from the jets

waffles were extra fluffy and the whirl pool was wondrous and rescued my aching bod

kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast was great, and location was awesome

jacuzzi was nice but our tv went out multiple time could not enjoy a movie and the wifi would be super slow and

restaurant was good (brunch buffet), 3rd floor bar was a little pricey, but we'll made drinks

like i said the pool & spa was under construction :(

both my key cards just stopped working after the first swipe of just one of the cards, the wifi kept shutting

3 times now rooms are nice and pool is fun and plan to come back the gentleman that makes the breakfast and is

to someone about getting a room with a spa tub and he told me the wrong room and then they didn t have any

staff is so friendly and kind, room was very clean, breakfast waffles were great!

the in room hot tub did not work properly, and the fireplace in the room also did not function, which was

close to the casino

our fireplace and microwave did not work, but we were there only 1 night and mainly to sleep, so we

very quiet. great pool/spa facilities!

room service is only open until 11pm

there was an issue and peter took care of it right away. awesome staff

the pool was great fun for my kids

however, the hotel did offer bus shuttles to/from the mall of america and we were able to avoid any parking

everything was really clean! comfy beds. kids loved the pool.

there is no time for just adults to be at the pool area even though they have a sign up that says kids under 1

planned everything for the bachelorette party and made the bookings, but was getting done at the spa last, so

the laundry room is very useful and the front desk has laundry detergent and quarters

pool was smaller than we anticipated

staff member that does breakfast was rude, impatient with kids( yelled at another guests child), she walked

and google page said there would be a pool/ sauna, gym and breakfast and there was none of that

clean, convenient to the airport, and even offers shuttle service.
