spa does not work pool too much chemical used inside caper no cleaning disappointed small room

they had smoking rooms

it was pet friendly and my room was clean.

the swimming pool and bar are not open due to covid-19....that part sucks!

didnt like that the bottles of heineken that i ordered came open from the bar when i went to pick them up

the pool was freezing, kids didn't mind it but all adults passed on it

ridiculous to half to order a sierra mist for room service and pay 5 dollars plus gratuity just

the kids loved the pool

i thought that the hotel had a spa & there wasn't

the hotel was very quiet and the pool was great

we loved the big rooms and breakfast!

this is a nice location, breakfast included, laundry room has only 1 washer 1 dryer 2

however, the hotel did offer bus shuttles to/from the mall of america and we were able to avoid any parking

the spa was not working and the

breakfast was bad; pool and spa not great

the breakfast was simple but we were pleased with the pleasant atmosphere

bathroom was just a tad small. no towels left in the pool area at night,

so those need to be kept separately when doing laundry

spa wasn't hot. they billed me for my stay before i even checked in.

maybe have some juice, more of a continental breakfast?

was quiet except for the people playing music in the parking lot but that ended around 10 o'clock

there was a huge parking lot party from 9pm to 1130pm blaring music extremely loud

breakfast not the best but can deal with that

very quiet. great pool/spa facilities!

don't do breakfast room service anymore which was a huge loss for us and why we won't go back again

pool and spa were nice, breakfast sandwiches we purchased at the front desk were good

very nice calm feel. safe place to bring my family. kids loved pool area.
