restaurant was good (brunch buffet), 3rd floor bar was a little pricey, but we'll made drinks

pool, spa very nice. rooms ok and clean. clean despite a lot of carpeting.

like i said the pool & spa was under construction :(

also the hot tub has non working spa jets

the staff & heated pool/hot tub were the highlights. very pleasant stay.

breakfast hours were too short, food selection too limited.

great location for dinner theater and arboretum. nice to have spa open till midnight

the spa tub motor made plenty of noise but very little water was from the jets

to someone about getting a room with a spa tub and he told me the wrong room and then they didn t have any

staff is so friendly and kind, room was very clean, breakfast waffles were great!

the in room hot tub did not work properly, and the fireplace in the room also did not function, which was

close to the casino

our fireplace and microwave did not work, but we were there only 1 night and mainly to sleep, so we

needed to check in a little early due to clinicals at the hospital

they called when the room was available after i requested an early check in

however, the hotel did offer bus shuttles to/from the mall of america and we were able to avoid any parking

no pet fees was a huge bonus for us as we travel everywhere with our dog

hallways had garbage and room service trays scattered all over

staff allowed a group of hockey kids to play hockey in the main hall for several hours until 10:00 at night

grab and go breakfast was certainly better than nothing due to covid

free covered parking (even though it was a little trek to get to it) friendly, professional staff

breakfast buffet was excellent. pool area was excellent.

tub/ spa room was uncared for

the spa was closed and so was breakfast

spa does not work pool too much chemical used inside caper no cleaning disappointed small room

it was clean. and had free airport to hotel (and vice versa) shuttle service.

i liked the location and the fact that they had a gym and free breakfast.

planned everything for the bachelorette party and made the bookings, but was getting done at the spa last, so
