spa tub in room

the spa area was fun!

the spa was a great size and the hotel staff were friendly

staff and pool

pool was perfect for the kids. restaurant was attached to hotel which was convenient.

pool and spa were nice, breakfast sandwiches we purchased at the front desk were good

spa tub was a treat and worked good

tv was not connected to a signal, but we really didn t need it with pool and spa available.

lots of breakfast choices, items were replenished frequently. we loved the pool and hot tub

woman at the desk was very helpful getting our extra couple into another room as well shuffled kids around

staff is so friendly and kind, room was very clean, breakfast waffles were great!

all of the ice machines were broken the fireplace in the room worked when it wanted to and when not turned on

spa and hot tub were so low on water the jets sprayed in the air

on ceiling, doors didn't lock properly, spa was broken

the pool and spa were great

it's a beautiful place just a little under maintained and the gym was way too hot to work out

t take my drink from the bar to my room when they give you two of them at the same time

also the hot tub has non working spa jets

pool, spa very nice. rooms ok and clean. clean despite a lot of carpeting.

like i said the pool & spa was under construction :(

room wasn't completely clean no pillowcases on pillows had to ask for them at the desk no laundry bags looked

great location. not busy. microwave and fridge in room. laundry facilities available.

which means sometimes laundry gets started up to days later

rented 2 rooms: one for me and my husband and another for our adult kids

there was a lot of kids in the pool so we're never able to use it.

the spa was closed and so was breakfast

the pool was freezing, kids didn't mind it but all adults passed on it

they did require reservations for use of the gym, pool and restaurant, which gave me a sense of security

also, when i tried to get ice for my room, i had to go to the gym on the second floor, where i found just a

due to covid19 and there was no room service, i felt as it was not provide me with enough of towel and face wash
