was charged twice for a room service item and the rooms were very warm

the pool area was really nice and we reserved a slot at the hot tub during our last night

playground (without the kids club) needs benches/sitting possibilities with tables for drinks, shade and is

clean, great location. staff was super friendly. great pi for families and kids!

although i was charged the extra the room service did not respond, because there were left only towels for one
