our kids (teenagers) loved the family style dinners meeting other travellers

felt like we were being treated like kids queuing for a school meal

lots of daily social activities (some paid, some free), the vibes are super chill, there s a laundry service

as i have adopted kids of color that is not something i appreciate

also there are spa treatments like sauna, massages, hot tubs and swimming stops

served us room service dinner even though we got there late and the kitchen was almost ready to close

breakfast included the food served in the restaurant is quite bad no room service the beds are extremely

wifi is a bit slow in the rooms

be more well serviced in terms of having some staff come check up on you frequently, service your bar orders

and her staff are amazing, super delicious breakfast and restaurant on site and the most amazing lakeside location

loved the beach bar and views from bar. staff were lovely also. ping pong table was a nice touch

very friendly and helpful staff, great bar and restaurant, comfy beds.

staff was incredibly, lake access was great, the free breakfast lovely.

there is no spa in the hotel. and the low-level massage by an external source

no wet bar or refrigerator

fabulous views of the lake and surrounding volcanoes from our balcony and the pool area

wifi is bad tvs could be updated but i guess that only makes smear with better wifi restaurant

stayed for 4 nights in one of the domes which look beautiful in the pictures and are nice and spacious inside

there is a bar right next door which has loud music / karaoke / open mic although it does close at 10pm the

also bar tenders and their friends seemed too busy having fun to serve you

i had my laundry done and they lost 2 of my favorite garments

loved everything at this amazing hotel from staff to cleanness, good food and breakfast, fires at night amazing

on top of that, their swimming pool does not meet the promising pictures

it was deafeningly loud and, ironically, only provided power to the spa and common areas for the student group

super clean / nice breakfast / friendly staff / lovely garden

loved the temazcal and the breakfast

cafes are a 15-minute walk away, it was frustrating that the staff refused to provide any after breakfast ended

really enjoyed their typical guatemalan breakfast as well

power went out for over 24 hours during our stay (and the wifi along with it)

poor or no lighting along the path from bungalows to reception and parking lot

restaurant porch coffee bar was available for early risers and that workers in the restaurant arrived earlier

around pool (and my room next to pool), wifi was sometimes a bit too weak or lost.
