room was beautiful and we had a good time at the pool

i looked forward to coming home each night and relaxing in the pool and room

and the breakfast was sooo good

haha the breakfast each morning was phenomenal

on top of everything, i would be remiss not to mention the pool or the breakfast, which were huge selling points

all the conversations, and fantastic dinners with them at their very unique small restaurant / bar overlooking

the views from the rooms and the bar are just amazing and you could spend all day looking out at the lake and

breakfast is available but opened too late for us since most of the touristic activites start quite

there is no breakfast provided and/or available in the morning

at breakfast the restaurant informed us they had not been shopping and had only eggs

they have a spa although the front desk staff didn t say anything about it

truly lived up to its name ud83cudf31 the beds were super comfortable and i also loved the spa style bathrooms

i had my laundry done and they lost 2 of my favorite garments

the wifi also did not work at all in the rooms, this could be due to fact our room was at far end so

com had laundry services listed in the facilities however when we asked one staff member they said there

the hot water was not that hot and the wifi doesn t work that well.

and helpful, and it has everything hammocks, books, a restaurant, shuttles to different towns, wifi, the sound

power went out for over 24 hours during our stay (and the wifi along with it)

the communal kitchen was wonderful

the communal kitchen, the sauna and the gym wouldn t be in service, many items from the restaurant were not

mayan sauna, plenty of outdoor seating/chill out areas, reasonably priced drinks/food, clean kitchen available

private beach, excelent view, the spa it is clouse becouse covid, the food it is excelent,

peaceful clean room, pool, and direct access to the lake was fantastic

we enjoyed the kitchen and living room and terrace - and especially the pool

hotel, the pool was lovely and the view and positioning in the lake was spectacular

there is no spa in the hotel. and the low-level massage by an external source

stylish decorations, comfortable beds, clean, nice pools for the kids, nice familyf riendly place

garden, big cold pool (for me the temperature was great, very refreshing) and a smaller warm one

and finally zero rules for noisy kids to the swimming pool, impossible to rest

it was very windy and i got up at night to close or lock down doors, even outside in the spa area, because all

breakfast was excellent and such a beautiful place to sit and eat, looking at the amazing view

we felt very welcome and every morning enjoyed coffee and a wonderful breakfast over looking the lake

ask for more, most beautiful surroundings/views, great breakfast and relaxed atmosphere by the pool with refreshing

the resort was very clean, the restaurant was wonderful and the pool bar was phenomenal

so much anything to dislike, but they will need to carry out maintenance to pool area soon

i had to point out one thing is that they promote a particular pool a lot as there are two but it seems to be

if it's fully booked then residents of the hotel are not able to use its facilities (mainly the pool area, which

professional and friendly staff, lovely pool, huge rooms, great chef

breakfast could be enhanced and food menu changed from day to day.
