booked hotel specifically because it had a spa tub - did not work for last 4 days of my trip

requested an early check in and got one after speaking to the manager of the front desk

room service actually surly and aggressive

they closed all the restaurants and room service for a huge groups of people who took over the hotel they

there was a used bar of soap in the shower when we checked in

clean and comfortable. very friendly staff. nice bar lounge area.

little tired. water bottle machine broken in gym.

the l2 ev charger on the non handicap spot is broken.

i needed a late check out and the staff allowed me to do it despite the fact they were busy.

great location for shows at cap theatre. decent bar food.

complaint was it was still hot in september and their pool and spa were closed

option of separate rooms/a door that closes between bedroom and living room for traveling with kids who need an

two bedrooms apartment is perfect for a large family with young kids, spacious and comfortable

did not entertain the breakfast however the room the customer service staff everyone was great definitely a 10

bed was so comfortable. kitchen modern and clean.

the spa is great too

the massages at the spa were heavenly

my spa appointment got mixed up but it was sorted out.

the spa was excellent as was the restaurant l escale

natalie at the spa was sweeter than sugar and the body scrub perfect

spa services are very limited and extremely expensive.

i couldn't go to bar with my little tiny dog.

there was some convention which somehow meant we couldn’t swim until 10, it’s nice seeing kids being kids

staff was friendly and accommodating. and we liked the pool and sauna.

as it is for conferences so i felt i was constantly walking around to reach the front desk, the gym, parking,

agora spa was sensational

there was even a spa and a transport agency within hotel premises

the restaurant for breakfast, definitely the spa & the pool.

just the rep broken things couldn t use what was described as description meaning hot tub or spa tub which

not alot of options as far as breakfast. trust me thats it

kitchen lacked toaster and at first refrigerator didn't work

like that you can have complementary breakfast in the morning

it was an extra large room with a fully equipped kitchen (one suggestion include a basic toaster) but other

spa was not hot - it was less warm than the pool

no pool or spa anymore.

be aware that the wifi is very poor, and there is very poor cell phone coverage.

second floor which was okay until the rest of that floor became a party for group of high school kids

has a nice streak house right next to the building, the sauna was nice to have a long with the gym and overall
