free breakfast and wifi

downstairs i have never seen anything like it i will never stay in that hotel again for my kids were terrified

parking lots were a little confusing, but staff pointed me in the right direction and we had no

noise coming from kids jumping on their bed at 7am the level above us....

parking, even though it was free parking, it s a bit of a walk if you have kids and asleep, makes

spa hours.

it really grossed me and my kids out and we moved to hyatt place

i didn't like that the breakfast buffet was not free!

the breakfast was great wide variety. the staff was very polite, professional, and kind.

spa services are very limited and extremely expensive.

i asked if i could purchase a glass of wine from the bar and was told i could only buy a bottle

due to covid restrictions the breakfast could have had more of a variety choices.

heated pool and basketball court very nice for the kids

parking is extra. no vegetables in breakfast. everything else was great.

was stuck at 78 degrees and continued to blowout hot air even when the air was turned out, the kitchen was in

amazing, the room was very large, having the kitchen was a great bonus.

the pool was amazing and in a good location

it s a quite place, but i have seen kids running around few time may be due to some event at their facility

ample parking to entry doors to the hotel

t get to die d much time there since it was just one night but the bar and restaurant looked nice and the grounds

no pool or spa anymore.

spa was not hot - it was less warm than the pool

noise by kids running up and the hallway and no one did nothing about it there was noise saturday night and

we booked a double bed room but was given a single bed room for four of my kids

understand there's safety precautions but if a parent doesn't mind the kids in a hot tub neither should day or

complaint was it was still hot in september and their pool and spa were closed

wifi was fast

have two kids and they have a good time a lot of space and not safe environment so i'm happy with everything

1 stool at counter in room so kids could sit while eating - asked for more, never received

room was huge with a spa which was great

didn t like that i could not find a crosswalk to walk over to the spa and it s a main road you have to cross

a little out dated outside could use some touch up and bathroom cleaning deep clean the spa tubs

location for my needs (i chose this facility because it's across a spa i went to)

beds/pillows comfy across the street from the sojo spa street mall just 2 blocks up

hotel was very clean, very close to spa castle (2 min), a perfect breakfast with an amazing view

plus, the amenities close by like the spa and the rooftop club make for an even better

i was especially impressed with the bathroom and the spa like shower

the beds are comfortable and my wife loved the spa tub
