room service did not even come around during our 5 night stay until we specifically asked the front

i m satisfied with my stay. even without room service the stay was wonderful.

the staff was incredible and kind, room service was prompt, all areas were clean and tidy

pool was unable to open , and there was no housekeeping , but it was because of the covid mandates
