room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated free onsite parking and wifi good shower (although one of the shower heads leaked) tea, coffee, hot choc, biscuits, cold (+)room was excellent. wifi access excellent.

it's a bit dated and the gym was very basic with mould in the aircon.

any no sheet on the single bed the tiles in the bathroom floor was all cracked so had to keep the kids away from it the windows only opened a tinny bit rooms were so hot, the lady who came on the
