found this nice hotel in luton, recently refurbished with free parking and good restaurant

approximately 2am with children randomly knocking in guests doors during this time saying room service

would suggest dropping the dry porridge mix and breakfast bar and substituting with a couple of croissants and butter maybe with cheese

service, requested early check in as had come straight from the airport & they did their best to get the rooms ready

the bar near the rooms was really nice, atmosphere good, host was lovely

i had trouble finding parking due to the wedding party, and accidentally parked in the staff area

room service ordered by phone but staff member didnt understand english very well resulting in a

in one of the rooms (room 28) the view is immediately and closely facing outside the hotels dirty laundry which is often left all hanging out of the place they put this waiting for collection - not (+)in a couple of times the view out right outside of the room's window was one of the hotel's dirty laundry waiting to be collected (-) lack of choice of eggs at breakfast no laundry facility for long term (-) could not open curtains in the morning as laundry cages were being moved around immediately outside our window (-)a high floor but was put on the ground floor with a view of the laundry carts and nothing else

how friendly and welcoming staff were. the breakfast was exceptional. price was well worth it.
