secure parking nice bar area stayed a few times when working in the area nice place

the bar automatically includes an

nice comfortable room. great restaurant and bar and lovely service

a lovely property which has a lot of potential however we arrived late after a function and the bar had just closed at 11pm and there was no way of getting anything to drink and no water provided

fantastically friendly staff, awesome location, great food and the bar was excellent!

wifi was a bit scatty at times. had to reschedule 2 calls because the wifi was dodgy.

no room service and nothing to tell you that this wasn t available.

the staff were very personable, had a great bar and restaurant

room service as no chef so had to go out to eat again which i really didn t want to do, the staff

was on the top floor where the wifi signal doesn't reach

not be staying there again on are first nite there we asked if we could have a drink from the bar and a man came and served us and he had very bad manors so we will most diffently not be

excellent customer service from the receptionist, who doubled as waitress and bar staff

only real issue is there is not enough parking onsite for guests

oldy worldy family run, customer focussed hotel, with real keys, dial in to reception and room service

room and grounds were excellent. restaurant and bar were spot on and food was grest

went back to the pub and the lady at the bar changed our room which was better than original double

no lift for wheelchair or heavy luggage, noise pollution from the bar until 4am some nights

door to be propped open which was dissapointing given the door is accessible from the busy bar

the property is easy access to heathrow and london by tube decent free wifi would

i gave it a coca-cola treatment which helped a little but it needed looking into from room service
