the staff are friendly and helpful, my room was excellent, the little no frills 24 hour gym was perfect for me, and the grounds were a joy to walk in - lake and large heron included -

there are no bins for the dog poop so we had to keep taking the dog bag down to building near the gym where the bin was which is far from the garden apartments/rooms where we were staying
