there 4 x now still not got a late check out with a little talking allowed to check out 1pm instead of 12 noon

it was such a waste of money the bed was not comfy the bathrooms are the size of a laundry basket staff were rude as

we had tao rooms but was going to a festival so needed early check in

room was clean and the £10 late check out fee to stay until 5pm was most welcome after the marathon

the self serve breakfast is fantastic and something for everyone

need to inform there residents that the breakfast is not hot food available apart from toast and crumpets other than that was an amazing

having stayed in landmark trust properties, it was also nice to have the tv and wifi

the kitchen was very well supplied

inside had everything you could need from a fully stocked kitchen, log burner, tv, washing machine etc we arrived to find a lovely welcome basket with wine,

i used the gym in the morning that has all that you need for a quick work out ( mostly cardio equipment, one (-)room was a little small, and the gym is a separate building (-) gym was adequate, so don't expect too much, fine for a workout (-)gym could be in better condition but it served my needs so certainly nothing major and in no way (+)really good size room. great views. small gym was a bonus. (-)the gym was a bit small but all eqt working (-)no gym (-)a steam room and sauna would be a great addition. near the gym area (-)gym condition not kept to standard of rest of hotel, equipment visibly dirty and treadmill rusted

was no noise insulation from the bar below so you could hear conversations between customers and staff at all times of the day

comfy bed although a little low for our ageing limbs breakfast was excellent and we'll

cooked breakfast was excellent, along with various continental options

we requested an early check in and we were sent our room code soon after, that was really appreciated

disappointed when i booked again to find out that breakfast is no longer available

basic but v clean and functional. staff extremely helpful, accommodating our early check in.

residents are allowed to use facilities and when we were there at 4pm, there were a lot of local kids (arriving in school uniform is how i know they were local) splashing about and quite noisy

good sized room with everything, nice spa area pool ect, lovely staff, breakfast, location

and helpful staff made the stay even more pleasant, lovely pool kids loved it

even had a little gift for our first anniversary) and spa were amazing and

a great stay good gym.

the hotel is expensive for basic rooms and facilities should be nearer £80 for a saturday night bar space is like a canteen and not very

good selection,something for all of us, kids loved it.

wifi never worked the whole time we were there

is a very clean basic budget hotel with wifi, tv etc included but clean which works well

they let you have late check out at 12:30 for an additional 10

staff were fab free wifi fab bathroom i stayed in the old big sleep - the hotel is nothing like that now, the furry

to use it as i have a blue badge and need to be close to the entrance, plus could do with a kids

o broke me knowing that i left my tablets there where i have so much information and photos of my kids and after one hour that i left they said housekeeping was on the room and it wasn't there

arrival we were offered a late check out-1pm (usually 11am) (+) breakfast was gorgeous and late check out was definitely needed (+)the staff were so helpful and friendly we were given a late check out with no extra charge hotel is beautiful and smell s amazing views are (+) nice late check out times allowed us to enjoy the facilities (-)was perfect it s just i have requested late check out and the cleaners kept knocking before 2pm even i told them i have a late check

the breakfast was one of the best i've had anywhere - a good choice, very fresh local ingredients and

the room was super comfy and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had!
