in the bar compared to a lot of places really exhausting steps if you are disabled no

i am a thirty seven year old woman with three kids and was visiting a friend nearby

great central location , lovely decor , great lounge bar area , lovely welcome and great staff

comfy beds, able to accommodate early check in, clean rooms and lovely decor in the rooms

it was cosy had good views and decent facilities in the room.good parking.

the hotel is not central, but has lots of free, private parking

place to stay, clean & tidy,& a bar with a good atmosphere also has a nice dining area with a good choice of meals

bar chap was really friendly sorted breakfast and showed us our room, breakfast was excellent and

as i had to go into a bar where people were drunk and vaping inside

hotel was clean and tidy and had a nice pint in bar area

the bar needs updating to be in line with the hotel rooms.

everything is covid safe and you have the option of room service if you re staying, which is great

the breakfast was excellent cannot believe allon offer and in with price 11 out of 10

the bar area has sport on tv and fully stocked beverage options like any well equipped pub

to the size of my car i was not able to use the hotel car parking facilities but they were available

warm welcome to the dragon inn and check-in was completed while we had a drink in the cosy bar by the fire

the bar is always full and bustling but service is quick and the food hot and excellent quality

cute, tidy and cosy rooms. bar was extremely well done and the restaurant service was 10/10.

above - no room service but they dud bring us more tea, coffee, milk etc but bed was unmade and bathroom not

the spa was a bit off a mess obviously with staffing issues

, breakfast, dinner, location and staff all fabulous

not a huge problem but annoying if you have kids

the staff were very friendly and efficient and it s located on the edge of the town with parking so it s easy to explore brecon town on foot from here

wifi connection was shaky and on a time limit, which i thought was a little dated for this day in

guests were a bit noisy, kids especially letting bedroom doors slam instead of closing them & shouting

we arrived friday night you could hardly hear the check in details as there was karaoke in the bar and it was really loud

we weren’t told that they lock the bar door (where we entered) at night so thought we were locked in

the bar below the room was well-stocked and atmospheric and the location of the pontcanna inn is

the staff, whether at reception, at the bar or in housekeeping, are always attentive and extremely friendly

pub and the rooms are decorated to match, friendly staff and a fun atmosphere - busy at night but bar closes at 12 and the rooms are great, comfy beds and everything you could need

we were there during the rugby world cup so it was fun to have the bar absolutely filled to the brim
