the friendly staff, how clean it was, and my son loved the pool

the breakfast was incredible. the room was classy.

outside pool area was locked up, but there was a lovely day where i wanted to just sit in a chair outside

also, a security guard was quick to check on me in the parking lot when my car alarm went off by accident

was able to check out but still use the shuttle a little later in the afternoon to get back to the airport, much appreciated

the gentleman that picked me up friday night in the shuttle on 08/14/20 was exceptional

the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and very clean

wish i was able to tell from the listing just what was included in the kitchenette, i would have taken more of an advantage of it

first, cabin was new and clean. second, it had full kitchen with amenities.

in my opinion the pet fee is too high!

after i contacted hilton about the late check in, the morning manager waived the pet fee

of course, it is recovering from the devastation from hurricane helene, so sadly, no spa or beach yet

i wish the spa had been open, but due to damage from the hurricane, it hasn't reopened.

there is no room service offerings but great access to amazing restaurants.

we had drinks in the bar each evening. loved the atmosphere -- live music was great.

band wednesday and thursday night in the bar area was very entertaining
