only offering valet parking for $30/night was unfortunate. $75 pet fee seemed a little high.

there was also a problem with a pet fee requirement which was not stated anywhere on our confirmation

first, because of its location near the biltmore and second, because they are pet friendly

when i booked the hotel there was no mentioning for parking and pet fees

even though we paid the extra pet fee, we were given seating at the very front entrance with our dog

there was no detergent in the dispenser in the laundry room.

couldn't really open up the blinds in the room without the whole parking lot being able to see into your room
