good sized parking spaces and the breakfast

the staff were unbelievably nice the food was epic and the bar area was amazing

it has a lovely bar which was very lively, but welcoming , whilst i stayed

it has a very pleasant bar area, and the restaurant is exceptionally good

great little adjoining late bar with cheap drinks, pool table sports tv etc

was perfect for what we needed - location was spot on for both preswick and troon golf courses

they are an eco-friendly hotel with lots to offer such as a gym, spa facilities, dining area and bar open 24/7 we have booked doubles and privileged doubles

was nice as the kids had the separate room within the room and the staff were really nice and friendly, we stayed

booked i was told i could potentially check in early (as we were attending a wedding) i was to call the morning of arrival

we had a lot of laundry piled up outside our room for a lot of our stay.

with very friendly and helpful staff, and nice leisure facilities including swimming pool and spa

supplied water (and a sausage for breakfast) for the dog

we are booking again but bringing kids for full

maybe as it was the open golf weekend at troon the prices were a lot higher than any other

location good for beach kids park shops.all in walking just.up nextstreet

allowed early check in and slightly later check out - so useful considering the weather

very peaceful, excellent location right next to the beach and the the kids park and great restaurants nearby too

she even washed, dried, and folded our laundry for less than it would have cost use to do it ourselves

host accommodated an early check in which was very much appreciated due to a wedding nearby

beautiful property and grounds. the kids loved the animals.

stayed at harbourside as a base for a 3 day golf break playing the fabulous golf courses in ayrshire

the kids enjoyed their visit and are already planning their return

also had toys for kids out the back court yard

good size garden for small pets/kids to play

playing golf competition nearby, perfect location.

there was no room service option/menu

ideally placed for my needs. ample parking for bigger vans.

he was working behind the bar at the time and we asked him about the renovations and told him we were getting married at

only down fall was the spa was fully booked and they didn’t have enough robes to give out for thermal
