say there was anything we didn’t like, maybe the music could be slightly louder in the bar area after meals are finished

since my last year 2 years ago they had changed how breakfast is served, was table service previously now it s a buffet which i think works better

we arrived around two o clock and had to sit in reception like two scolded kids

lovely breakfast and evening meal could not fault either

supplied water (and a sausage for breakfast) for the dog

breakfast staff bar staff and the cleaners were fantastic but the reception staff were miserable and unfriendly

has a good gym and indoor swimming

and welcoming they were always in the background and happy to help with any queries and the bar staff are so easy to talk

i asked for early check in which was given

staff at bar had to go see if we cld find anyone to serve us and the person that did wasn't very obliging it

there were four of us (2 adults & 2 kids ) and the room was more than big enough for us

very peaceful, excellent location right next to the beach and the the kids park and great restaurants nearby too

allowed early check in and slightly later check out - so useful considering the weather

she even washed, dried, and folded our laundry for less than it would have cost use to do it ourselves

beautiful property and grounds. the kids loved the animals.

the owner was extremely welcoming, breakfast was lovely and the kids loved running round in the outdoor space meeting the horses and alpaca

the added bonus was the alpaca duke and pony muppet who my kids loved

airport shuttle a real bonus, also excellent for golfing holiday

the night porter assisted with getting some soft drinks from the bar after hours when the vending machine would not work

receptionist who booked the accommodation rang they said there were issues with housekeeping and laundry and we would be refunded

it was a short drive to prestwick town, the beach, golf courses and the airport

the hotel is popular with golfers and there were at least three parties of 8-12 men, which made for a noisy and boisterous

on our last night lockdown kicked in and the bar had to close at 6:30 p

great location, close to the beach, with walk, near royal troon for golf and close to thel town

stayed at harbourside as a base for a 3 day golf break playing the fabulous golf courses in ayrshire

it was immaculately clean, cosy with lots of touches that really made a difference, especially after an 11 hour

facilities, room, evening meal with drinks and full breakfast. next to rugby park.

would have been easier if there had been menus in the room for room service
