when entering our room their was bags of dirty laundry in the hallway which made it feel like the staff didn

staff as disabled wheelchair user friendly bethan helped me with emails when i could not get a wifi signal but

our room was right next door to the workers' room and laundry

the room assigned, soundproofing was really bad we could hear the very noisy family above us with kids running

we would have a menu for room service in the room.

the swimming pool is warm and very relaxing, perfect for a swim at the end of the day
