our room was next to the service room where all the laundry was kept and there was a stench emanating from that

pool and sauna were small but perfect for relaxing

staff were very accommodating and friendly, the hotel was tidy, pleasant atmosphere, gym and swim included in

we went to the bar and was served by the most friendly bar staff who never changed from our 3 day visit

the staff were very helpful and proactive, for instance parking their cars in the ev bays in order to make sure

one towel was badly worn one breakfast returned as cold bales of clean laundry blocking access to our

long minutes for our deserts to arrive whilst the chef and kitchen people were busy unloading laundry from a

place to stay , we were at a wedding nearby and we checked in had a bar meal which was delicious we were then

we had been traveling for several days and had hoped to find some laundry facilities nearby but none available

close to the city centre, worth a wander round and a visit to the bar

we had no trouble with parking our car outside the hotel room

no corporate identity to trip over, no harsh lighting, no mean announcements about paying for wifi, no one-size

super easy parking and location was perfect for our trip to alton towers the next day

i didn't get a chance to try the wifi so can't comment

stay, the staff were amazing, the leisure center on site was great, the food was yummy, even the bar tender and

leisure centre (its a fiver and brilliant) how much is breakfast and what times, how much is a late check out,

i arrived wifi was not working however when i asked the front desk they connected me to the staff wifi

we like the pool but not happy about paying when we stayed in the hotle

out in the end as no one came back to clear plate for 40 mins after finishing main course - no laundry service

opposite water park great touch with the refreshing cans and bottles for free comfortable slippers gave a

was a coach staying and we went down for breakfast 1 morning and there was no bacon or sausage but staff soon
