could do with decorating & new carpet i booked parking but because there was a wedding in the venue i had to

i love how clean the room was. how handy it was for town centre. the off road parking was great

no laundry service, no food service, the bed was cracked in the middle

i also made use of the gym which had high standard equipment

loved the gym, went almost every day. staff were extremely attentive and friendly

clean pavements with good size and level suitable for family with kids for a walk or riding scooter during

out in the end as no one came back to clear plate for 40 mins after finishing main course - no laundry service

mattress was so uncomfortable me and my wife have to sleep on floor because our bed we give to kids

i loved the pool and how nice the hotel itself looked. the room was a nice size and very cozy.

lots of noise very early (before 7am) of laundry trolleys careering past the window

staff are excellent the hotel overall is brilliant we like the breakfast set up and this is why we stay here

breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of variety that the kids loved it too

there was no clean pillow cases for us as the laundry person had not been to the hotel yet so we had to shared

i feel sorry for them having to live there without kitchen / laundry facilities

the gym was terrific and the squash courts a real bonus and good value at 5 for 40

no wifi in the rooms

i liked the fact that there are at least 2 ev chargers around the property too

felt 20 was a little steep for ev charging overnight as aware it does not cost 20 to charge car, however

stayed for the first time and seen the spa and outdoor garden i will be looking for a spa evening now

quiet, comfy bed, spa facilities were amazing, lovely bar and various outside seating areas, great food both

the pool times for the children were not ideal (7am till 9am) my boys were too tired and couldn't make

room was right by where the skip was and the laundry vans were there at 8am in the morning

breakfast was really nice - good quality and plentiful

kicked off about my order at 21:15 despite the fact i was sat not more than 10 feet from the open kitchen, very

location for crewe and lots of parking (although ev charging which is a shame for somewhere quite modern)

abandoned laundry carts, room service trays, bottles, glasses and rubbish litter the corridors

pool was a bit busy as it was saturday afternoon

pool was open for family times so i took the kids, but those using spa facilities were consistently rude- moving

our room was next to the service room where all the laundry was kept and there was a stench emanating from that

went off season (late march) so very quiet with pool and bar mostly to ourselves

likewise, the breakfast was great and so much to choose from we didn't use the pool or facilities because we

hotel with plentiful secure parking and a wonderful indian restaurant onsite - highly recommended

also at 7am on saturday 04/05/19 we were awoken by the laundry trolleys being dragged up and down a footpath

also if you have a room close to the laundry room be prepared to be woken up very early as the staff talk

my room was near the exhaust of the laundry room. a bit noisy

hallways were crammed with laundry bins and stacks of clean sheets, making it seem very untidy

we were woken early the next morning by laundry trucks stopping right outside the window

there were no laundry services or facilities, which i needed for my 4 night stay

bed felt small for a double, only a pub for dinner close by (or macca's), no laundry facilities
