no towels in room - no response to calls to reception or room service (despite there being 4 members of staff

wifi in our room had problems, wifi connection was on but router disappeared

the wifi flicked in an out for the first day but then did settle down

we use the pool, we walked along the boardwalk it had parking

there was a bar for drinks throughout the day

the view from our room was delightful, the breakfast and breakfast staff were great and the hotel itself was

the garage was very handy and we enjoyed free parking

then we had reserved an hour in the water circuit part of the spa during the “kids hour” so our young ones

dinner we ordered room service at about 30 euro per dish as we wanted to rest at the cozy and comfortable rooms

room service options too limited breakfast could be a lot more diverse

you could also enjoy this view from the spa while relaxing inside

the fitness room is too basic.

closed the bar early without warning and left us outside - having turned lights off inside

no info about the spa , heated pool was not warm

no iron in the hotel, there is a laundry service, but you cannot use an iron yourself (riddiculous) the hairdryer
