absence of gym slippery floor on pool

if we had time we would have used the spa and pool facilities

we had beautiful breakfast in the mornings, and couple of dinners in their restaurant

the spa area was wonderful too and offered massages, jacuzzi, steam & sauna facilities

here - a terrace without umbrellas- a dismal breakfast room - no fridge or safe in the room - no bar - a closed

although the bar was closed, reception got us some drinks to relax with

helpful and welcoming staff, great location, good breakfast , free parking

beds, nice view over the douro, free small bottle of port wine in the room, good breakfast, fast wifi, ample

from the bedroom was beautiful and the staff were absolutely brilliant with us, helping with our laundry, ordering

parking too far, too much families and kids (we were in honeymoon...)

we were having such a peaceful afternoon, even with 2 families with kids, but this group didn't take the other

area is basic, but ok for kids and taking a dip

very comfortable room with beautiful vineyard views restaurant and bar were also great

pet friendly atmosphere, the indoor pool, the wonderful staff, the peace and tranquility

kitchen with very little equipment, at least a water boiler would be nice

breakfast was very nice, i made a massage with raquel and it was amazing

3 huge ornate living rooms with family photos (weird), one should be turned into restaurant and bar wth view

also no wifi in these rooms and very slow wifi in main building

staff is extremely nice and attentive, excellent breakfast and size of family room

a transparent door and a mirror right in front hich is very uncomfortable -there is no different parking for

accomodation was great, the tour of the winery was excellent but what stood out the most was the spa treatment

the swimming pool as a wonderfull view of the vineyard and the douro river

would absolutely return in the summer to enjoy the terraces and the pool and can recommend to anyone visiting

i loved the swimming pool and the surroundings of the grapes

mechanism, no coffee in room (could only be ordered when/if kitchen staff available), no minibar only empty

not enough staff - no bar person available at the pool bar or the restaurant before dinner and no mini bar,

but they have a laundry service which wasn't any good for me as i arrived in the evening and had a meeting

drinks in the bar, not expensive and a restaurant, however not open sunday and monday night but you can get
