i loved the swimming pool and the surroundings of the grapes

breakfast and dinner were excellent, staff were all very knowledgeable, accommodating, went the

wifi didn't work, but as europeans we could just use our data plan

wifi doesn t work almost entirely, specially in the rooms where it doesn t work at all

breakfast was one of the best we've had in portugal

the view from our room was delightful, the breakfast and breakfast staff were great and the hotel itself was

parking, clean room, friendly staff, perfectly located, good working wifi, great interior

we arrived in our own car and parking in the free underground garage was obvious and easy

but they have a laundry service which wasn't any good for me as i arrived in the evening and had a meeting

a great place to stay, brilliant parking, excellent area with stunning views and a brilliant selection of

the hotel has 2 indoor pools the larger being 16 metres long, a very well equipped modern gym and outdoor sun

staff in both the bar and restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful, engaging in conversation as to whether

nice art, sitting areas, tv, bar etc for those spending time in the common areas

we had beautiful breakfast in the mornings, and couple of dinners in their restaurant

hopefully management will focus on staff training (no one at the spa, or bar area), no one cleaning up pool

there is a bar by the pool, and it is very relaxed
