the swimming pool as a wonderfull view of the vineyard and the douro river

room service was very expensive for some reason

here - a terrace without umbrellas- a dismal breakfast room - no fridge or safe in the room - no bar - a closed

parking was very easy

comfy beds, plenty of hot water in the shower, location, easy parking, very attentive personal

the spa was fantastic and treatments and facilities really relaxing

from the bedroom was beautiful and the staff were absolutely brilliant with us, helping with our laundry, ordering

very large room, amazing view, great location, indoor heated swimming pool, breakfast was great.

the lobby with a small bar overlooks the river valley- very nice

one was manning the bar who seemed to dissappear when you were waiting to be served at the bar

quite a wait for bar service , didn t look to happy to be called to serve

service in the bar area was absent when we were there but could be because quiet time of year

paulo gave great recommendations for dinner and was very helpful parking was on the property and free

accomodation was great, the tour of the winery was excellent but what stood out the most was the spa treatment

stunning stay in the wine barrels

the kids jumping around in the swimming pool made it impossible to rest

for the summer, it's a pity there is no open air swimming pool.

then we had reserved an hour in the water circuit part of the spa during the “kids hour” so our young ones

fully renovated authentic feel friendly staff and owner very nice food swimming pool

no iron in the hotel, there is a laundry service, but you cannot use an iron yourself (riddiculous) the hairdryer

hotel is very clean and comfortable with great views from the room and a delicious breakfast
